The apartment has its own entrance. It is on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. Along with a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment also features a storage room with a refrigerator, a dining area, two bedrooms, a living room with a terrace and balcony overlooking the outdoor recreational area, a bathroom and an additional toilet.
